We are using PARCEL POST TRACKED to deliver the product safely to you.Dispatch is aimed to be within 24 hours of receiving the payment. The product should arrive at the destination in latest three working days, often even earlier. We provide the tracking number in the dispatch email so that you can check if there is a delay..

Returns:
Please check immediately upon arrival if the packaging is damaged. If this is the case, do not accept the parcel and call or email us.
All products are checked before dispatch, but if there is the unlikely case of a faulty product, please contact us ( info@the-nz-alarmshop.co.nz ), send it back and we will either repair it or replace it with a new item.
